*** The information needed for shipping is your full name, address and phone number you note that we can only ship your order by ZIP CODE address, and PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping.
*** Make sure you enter the correct shipping address and telephone number.
*** Please allow 8-12 days for delivery of your item.
*** We will send you your email in 36-48 hours after we received your payment.
1. shipping method

Normally we use EMS as shipping method. But for some counties, we will use DHL as shipping method depends on the shipping. We will choose the cheapest one.
2. Follow Methods

After your order is dispatched, we will offer EMS or DHL tracking number. and the website for you. There are two methods to get above information from us,
<1.> Visit our website and re-login to check the update.
<2.> Check your e-mail, for we will send update status to your e-mail address.
Pay attention:

(If you can not immediately contact the tracking number, take more patience to wait.
Some time is required by Express Company do uploading).
3. Unsuccessful or Wrong Delivery

*** We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us an incorrect or incomplete address.
*** If you're refused to sign the order, we will charged 35% as handle fees, if the package is automatically returned after several times unsuccessfully delivery (due to you are absent or you provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address to us), we will require 35% shipping costs
*** For those customers who do not receive your package within 12 business days, Please contact your local post office A.S.A.P. Always you can check with the local post office with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website.
